We are beyond honored to have Stephania Monnay leading this session. If you haven’t met Stephania yet, you are in for a treat! Not only is she a valued Director here at Family ReBuild, but she is also a powerhouse in the financial world.
With over 20 years of experience in retail banking, Stephania has seen it all. She started her journey as a part-time teller and worked her way up to becoming a Financial Center Manager at Fulton Bank. She understands the corporate side of money, but more importantly, she understands the human side of it.
Stephania is well-known for her "conqueror mentality." She doesn’t just teach people how to balance a checkbook; she helps them shift their entire mindset toward money. She has dedicated her career to financial education, particularly focusing on the unique journeys of women and families in our community. Her work as the Co-Chair of the People of Color Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Community Outreach Committee shows just how much she cares about making sure everyone has a seat at the table.
